Massage
Registered Massage Therapists (RMTs) are health care professionals committed to restoring and maintaining optimal health and augmenting the physical function of the body. Massage therapy is an effective approach to pain management and rehabilitation. RMTs are highly trained in treating and providing relief for a wide range of conditions.
Acupuncture /
Dryneedling
During dry needling, a filiform needle is inserted into your skin. The needles are placed in “trigger points” in your muscle or tissue. The points are areas of knotted or hard muscle. This helps release the knot and relieve any muscle pain or spasms.
Orthotics
Custom-made foot orthotics or knee brace can make a huge difference by changing the way forces transmit through your foot or knee. Orthotics can relieve a number of conditions that lead to foot pain such as: Plantar Fasciitis, bunion, flat Feet, heel spur, heel pain, neuroma, fallen arches, hammertoe and more.
