COVID-19 precautions in place at our facility

Our team has worked diligently to comply with the Ministry of Health and College of Physiotherapists of Ontario guidelines to protect our clients and staff during COVID-19 pandemic.

• Below are the measures we have taken to ensure safety:

• ​All clients will be screened by our staff on phone and at the time of their arrival at the clinic.

• All clients and practitioners will wear a mask during their entire time at the clinic.

• Practitioners and staff will wash hands before, during and after each visit.

• Clients will be asked to wash hands upon entering and leaving the clinic.

• To ensure social distancing, waiting room has been closed and clients who arrive early will wait in their vehicle.

• Upon arrival, clients will be seated directly in their designated treatment room.

• Treatment rooms are thoroughly cleaned after every client.

• Frequent cleaning of high touch surfaces, washrooms and common areas.

• Practitioners and staff will self-assess for any COVID-19 symptoms on a daily basis.

• Virtual appointments remain available for anyone who wishes to not attend in-clinic appointment.​
