Jafar Abdul graduated from Hamdard University, New Delhi, India with a Master of Physiotherapy specializing in musculoskeletal in 2003 and has worked in both clinical and teaching side.
On moving to Canada he studied M.Sc Rehabilitation Science at Queens University in 2009.
He has an extensive training in musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
His continuing education includes coursework in manual therapy, Spinal manipulation, Acupuncture and Dryneedling.
In his holistic approach, he combines these hands-on methods with customized exercises to provide individualized one-on-one care for each patient.

Jason Noury RMT
Registered Massage Therapist

Jason graduated from Trillium college in 2011 and has since completed over 40 post graduate education upgrades. His rehab-focused therapeutic approach combines deep tissue techniques, soft tissue and myofascial release, athletic taping, therapeutic cupping and Neurostim microcurrent point stimulation along with with a customized exercise program to help you achieve your personal goals quicker. Jason treats a wide range of chronic and acute injury such as neck, shoulder and low back strain, sciatica, golf/tennis elbow, and various joint pains (hip, ankle, knee, TMJ and SI joint). Jason has active certificates with both the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario and Registered
Massage Therapists' Association of Ontario.

Ayesha graduated from King Edward Medical University in Lahore, Pakistan with a Bachelor’s in physical therapy. From her clinical experience, Ayesha has worked with numerous patients with neuro- musculoskeletal conditions and has gained valuable skills in manual skills and exercise prescription. She believes in a holistic approach to rehabilitation and collaborating together to achieve patient goals.

Ranjan Pal, resident physiotherapist, proudly holding a Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from India. My academic journey has equipped me with in-depth knowledge and practical expertise in physiotherapy, particularly in areas such as injury prevention, rehabilitation, and promoting holistic well-being. I am passionate about empowering individuals to overcome physical challenges and achieve their optimal functional potential through evidence-based therapeutic interventions. Beyond my professional role, I am an avid sports enthusiast with a deep love for badminton, cricket, and pickleball—activities that not only fuel my competitive spirit but also inspire my belief in the transformative power of physical activity. These interests have instilled in me a profound understanding of the importance of maintaining an active and balanced lifestyle. With a strong commitment to patient care, continuous learning, and staying updated with advancements in physiotherapy, I aim to make a meaningful impact on the lives of those I serve. Tracey Bishop, a Canadian Licensed Certified Pedorthist, is the owner and operator of Tailor Made Orthotic Lab. Tracey has been working in pedorthics in the Kingston Area for since 2010. She is a member in good standings with PFA (Pedorthic Footcare Association) of Canada, and currently an active member on the board of Directors. With her clinical experience, attention to detail and professional quality and craftsmanship of custom orthotics, she is dedicated to providing you with personalized services tailored to your individual needs.

Farr Ramsahoye
Certified Personal Trainer
Farr primarily works with individuals between the ages of 50-81, and it’s this demographic
that he has the most fulfilment and success with.
Through the science of resistance training, he helps his clients improve on their strength,
body composition, cardio, stability, balance, and coordination. Helping the active aging population combat or even reverse the effects of the
aging process through a lifestyle of regular exercise, and balanced nutrition.
He is currently in the process of completing the Level 1 Nutrition Coach Certification. This
enables him to help clients maximize their cellular health, by taking the deep health

Thomas Coleman
Physiotherapy Assistant (PTA)

Thomas graduated from the University of Ottawa with an Honours Bachelor of Science in Human Kinetics. His background in human anatomy and physiology, fitness training principles, and over 1000 completed hours on the clinical side ensures the safe and effective delivery of physiotherapy treatment.
Thomas has always participated in sports. He competed as a competitive swimmer and was the captain of his university intramural volleyball team.
He is currently working towards his goal in becoming a registered physiotherapist.
